On December 20-27, 2017, administrators of Sinorock conducted an eight-day trip in Japan. The journey aimed to learn the advanced management experience and production techniques of Japanese enterprises. Meanwhile, they had carried on the detailed discussion and planning about the development strategies in the next three to five years and five to seven years. In the period of the journey, administrators of Sinorock visited TOYOTA production workshop, Asahi Beer and so on, witnessed the mature management patterns and advanced automated robot production workshop, at the same time of broadening their horizon, making them have better ideas and opinions about the set of Sinorock strategy target in the future.
Besides, they also visited Fuji mountain, earthquake museum, shopping mall, etc., experienced diversified food culture and lifestyle in Japan. The journey made the management think and understand more clearly about the development direction of Sinorock in the future, making all the managers more unity and collaboration, and laid a solid foundation to turn Sinorock into a leading brand in field of construction.
