The stability control problem of Gob area under the soft coal seam roadway surrounding rock, both sides and bottom are very hard to control, the safety of the roof condition is poor, and it is one of the outstanding difficult issues which coal roadway bolting faces. The rock bolt design of soft coal seam roadway uses the anchor strengthening control technology principle, including optimization of roadway surrounding rock stress field, fracture rock mass strength, bearing capacity bolting reinforcement and surrounding rock bearing structure reinforcement.
Development of coal roadway rock bolt design technology is no longer simply focus on the strength of the rock bolt, composite reinforcement bearing characteristics of rock bolt design is the development direction of rock bolt support, and its essence is to promote its characteristic curve of the bolt support has the characteristics of early strength surge impedance in a timely manner. Roadway surrounding rock pressure with the deformation of surrounding is sharp attenuation, appropriate lagging support can release pressure of surrounding rock, but lagging support often loose shape. Through timely support high pretension rock bolt providing early support resistance to eliminate roadway loose deformation.
Using high-performance and super-high strength rock bolt design, successfully solved the problems including the large mine pressure under the goaf area, the problem of large deformation of roadway and maintenance of quantities, reduced the labor intensity of the workers, improved the working efficiency, provided a better condition for the roadway quick drivage and fast extraction.
